Through a university course I was able to learn
Rhino 3D, a computer modeling program, allowing me to utilize
computer tools to model and render metal and jewelry works.
In the near future I will use this technology to make physical
models through the methods of 3D printing, mold-making and casting
for some production-style jewelry pieces.
Above is a rendering of an imagined exhibition space; each of
the pieces was modeled seperately and rendered together with
the interior space of the gallery including the lighting effects. |
